The purpose of this foundation is to act as a clearing house to offer the following programs and services:

Emotional and financial support for the Single moms in need,

• College and Educational assistance for the Moms
• Educational assistance in tutoring for the boys,
• Support Group
• Forum to discuss open topics relating to Single Moms raising Sons
• Encouragement and empowerment
• Providing male mentors and role models for our boys as they strive to become successful men. 

We will also offer educational assistance in tutoring for the boys
